I'm fat. Now what?
I am tired of feeling this way.

Do you ever just feel like there is no hope? You don't have time to exercise, you're not sure how to, what used to work isn't working anymore.
Let's get one thing straight. One size does not fit all. What might work for me might not work for you.
We know a couple of tips that have been shown over and over again to work.
1) Structure. We all need it. You know that two times a week you will meet with your trainer. You know that for those two hours you can turn your brain off and focus on yourself.
2) Plan. You will be setting personalized, reachable goals with your trainer. This will keep you motivated and focused on the road ahead.
3) Accountability. We will be your best friend, worst enemy, and coach all in one. This is a team effort and we will not let you fail.
