What to expect the first day with a 2120 trainer.

We want to meet you! We personalize every session, even your first one.
Your first session will be the foundation to your journey.
You will walk in and meet your trainer. They will sit down with you and go over what to expect that first session and answer any questions before you start.
The workout will be geared towards your goals. At 2120 we use science backed technology and exercises to see where you are at. We will set a baseline to build on. We will introduce you to foundational exercises and assess your mobility, strength, and endurance. At any point of the session there is an exercise you do not care for, please tell your trainer. They will tailor the workout as you go.
After your session, you will sit down with your trainer and go over what the next 30/60/90 days will look like. If you decide to move forward we will show you packages that fit your lifestyle and budget. You will be onboarded on our training apps, scheduling, and your own folder to keep track of your progress.
P.S. You should wear running shoes, bring a water bottle, make sure you eat that day! If there are any doctor's notes, medication history, medical history your trainer should know bring that too! Only if you are comfortable :)
