Road to Varsity (R2V) :



8-13 Years Old (Youth Development Phase)


This phase focuses on building a strong foundation in movement, strength, and confidence. The goal is to develop young athletes physically and mentally while keeping training fun and engaging.


This program ensures young athletes gain skills, resilience, and self-belief, setting them up for long-term success. Athletes leave this program stronger, faster, and mentally prepared for the next level of their sport. This program isn’t just about physical training—it’s about developing the mindset of a competitor. We push our athletes to be mentally strong, disciplined, and resilient under pressure, just like in a real game situation.


Road to Varsity runs on a month to month membership.

Key Areas of Focus:

 

Athletic Development: Running mechanics, agility, body control

 

Strength Fundamentals: Bodyweight training, light resistance work

 

Speed & Reaction Time: Footwork, directional changes

 

Mobility & Injury Prevention: Flexibility, joint stability

 

Confidence Building: Encouraging growth mindset, small wins, leadership in drills

 

Teamwork & Work Ethic: Positive reinforcement, goal setting



Road to Division 1

Road to Division 1 (R2D1) :


14-18 Years Old (Advanced Athletic Performance Phase)


This phase transitions athletes into more intense, structured training to maximize their performance for high school, club, or collegiate-level sports.


Athletes in this program will also have access to weekly study halls, where they can focus on academics, time management, and preparation for college coursework. Because being a Division 1 athlete isn’t just about talent—it’s about having the work ethic, discipline, and focus to excel in the classroom as well.


Road to Division 1 runs on a month to month membership.


Key Areas of Focus:

 

Explosive Power & Strength: Progressive weight training, Olympic lifts


 Sport-Specific Training: Tailored drills for speed, endurance, and skill execution


 Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ): Resisted sprints, reaction drills, plyometrics


 Conditioning & Recovery: Energy system development, injury prevention strategies


 Confidence & Mental Toughness: Competitive drills, leadership skills, mindset coaching


 Nutrition & Performance Education: Fueling the body for optimal recovery and gains



Team Academies

2120 academies leads directly into our Road to Varsity pathway—a long-term development program tailored for athletes who aspire to compete at higher levels, including Competitive, Varsity, and even collegiate sports.


We host academies for just about any sport that run 6-weeks in length. These 6-week academies are meant to 

  • Build strength, speed, agility, and coordination
  • Improve injury resilience through proper movement mechanics
  • Gain confidence in a supportive team environment
  • Learn discipline, work ethic, and leadership

 

After the 6-weeks, athletes have the ability to join our R2V or R2D1 programs depending on age.



Academies includes:


Periodized performance training


Agility and Speed work


Mentorship from former collegiate and professional athletes


Progress tracking and goal setting


One-time fee per athlete



Road to Basic Training

Road to Basic Training (R2BT): Ages 16+


2120's Road to Basic Training is a structured and disciplined program designed to prepare individuals for the demands of high intensity, physical, and mental challenges that come with aspiring first responders and military. The program ensures candidates develop the strength, endurance, and resilience needed to succeed in physically demanding careers.
