What is 2120? A Message from the Founder:

2120 is First Responder owned and operated. Science based movement and technology is the core of 2120. At 2120, we emphasize sustainable, evidence-based approaches rather than quick-fix fads. It would prioritize personalized exercise programs, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle changes tailored to individual needs and goals, aiming for long-term success and overall well-being.

Coach Annie
Annie has been an athlete her entire life—playing three college sports, which shaped her passion for performance training. Annie was raised in Sacramento and now serves as a local first responder, with a heart dedicated to coaching. Over the years, she worked with some of the best athletes in the country, from Stanford University athletes to the San Jose Earthquakes Academy.
"Whether you’re trying to make the varsity team, learn how to move your body more effectively, earn a college scholarship, or refine your elite-level performance, I helped athletes get to the top—and stay there."

Coach Maleah
Maleah grew up in Sacramento, CA where she developed a deep passion for soccer, playing for Boca/Union FC. Her athletic journey continued at City College of San Francisco before transitioning to South Dakota State University, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology with aspirations of becoming a school counselor. Her goal is to give back to the next generation of young female athletes.
"I'm super eager to share my knowledge of the game, along with understanding of youth development, to help empower and inspire young athletes both on and off the field."

Coach Naomi
Naomi discovered CrossFit in 2015 while stationed in Pensacola, FL, after trying a variety of training styles. She was immediately drawn to the intensity, variety, and, most of all, the supportive community that kept her coming back each day. Naomi began coaching in 2017. Her passion lies in helping athletes unlock their full potential. For Naomi, the excitement and pride her athletes feel in their accomplishments is what drives her to coach every day.
Naomi holds a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer credential and is a certified USA weightlifting sports performance coach.
"Outside of coaching I enjoy singing karaoke, catching live music, and training for my own competitions. I believe being an athlete myself helps her connect more deeply with those I coach- because I'm right there in the grind with them."
Academic Performance

Coach Nicole
Nicole is the Director of Education here at 2120 Performance. She specializes in academics and tutoring, and is passionate about helping young athletes excel not just on the field, but in the classroom as well.
Nicole holds undergraduate degrees in Biological Sciences and Criminology, a Master’s in Forensic Sciences, and is currently preparing to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) this year. Her educational journey has equipped her with a broad academic foundation, and she is excited to use that knowledge to support 2120's young athletes in reaching their full potential.
"I am dedicated to ensuring our athletes spend an appropriate amount of time every week on their academic goals so they are always prepared for the next level!"
